Ok, the beach vacation was not over yet. I had another blast of fun in the sun before I fly back to Singapore. Water and sun is surely fun!

Alright...after a visit in the province, I packed my personal stuffs in my bag and headed for the beach.

Haay, my vacation here in the Philippines is really well-spent. Since I started working overseas two years ago, I usually come home to visit for only a week. So this time it's worthwhile.

I've been weighing my skill (if you can call it a skill) in photography and found out that I think I'm better with nature as subjects. This is because I've been having a lot of frustration taking photos of humans as subjects. For whatever reason, I sure know that I seriously need more and more practice. Maybe I'm lacking something, I just gotta figure. Anyways, tell me what you think about these shots.

The night is young and beautiful at The Fullerton Hotel. Yet after a few hours of fun and laughter, the night ended with a big heaven's splash hehe.

Botanical Garden, my next weekend destination. Small things like these makes me happy. Now I have my reasons to go out. Cheers!

Forget about stress

I need to forget about stress. And the answer to it is to do something that I love to do, photography. I never felt relieved until I got my camera. Somehow it helped me feel excited about weekends. True enough, it's the only time I can play with Onee. Since I got it, I always have reasons to go out hehe. Photos I've taken during a visit at Chinese Garden.

Meet Onee

Aloha cyber friends! I don't know if there are still people who visits my site huhu. Work has greatly consumed my time that I've neglected my cyber home.

For the longest time I have consistently blamed work for all that I have lost in my personal life. But no matter how much I whine about it, I have one of the reasons to keep on going. And that is because of Onee, my new baby Canon. Yipee! I am so happy to have finally bought my own SLR. It was really a dream come true.

Having this piece felt like reuniting with an old-trusted friend that has gone for a while. And like what reunited friends do, I went to "tour" this piece for a quick test hehe.

Here is my first test. I was trying to capture the glistening water but failed. The sun had been playing hide and seek with me. Too bad, it was not a good day for a sunny 125 shot.

I'm still not pleased hehe. I would need more practice. It's been 10 years since I had a grip of this piece. Wala pang Digital nun hehe.

More practice and I will get it perfectly.

Finally, something that made me smile hehe.

Because of Onee, I have something to look forward to every day no matter how tired I am.
